Your identifiable, personal data will not be used for any other purposes without your consent. Depending on the nature of your enquiry/feedback, Brockwell Energy will only use your data to:

• Respond to specific questions or enquiries submitted.
• Send you updates (where you have consented to provide us with your contact details).
• Develop a Consultation Report (or similar document) about this public engagement that will be submitted to the Planning Inspectorate and/or other relevant planning bodies; this will be a publicly available document.
